We have 2 studios (not joined, but next to each other) - you have parking at the door, your own entrance and you will feel safe and secure in our peaceful haven that is Fleetwood.

The spaceDesigned with impeccable attention to detail, combining simple architectural form with beautifully curated hand selected contemporary fittings, we have lovingly created Fleetwood Studios - island living in relaxed luxury.
Fleetwood is the perfect place for you to slow down, unwind and reconnect in the tranquil and peaceful setting of Awaawaroa Valley. Our self contained studios are set on 18 acres, offering tranquility and sun filled west facing decks encouraging rest and relaxation.
If you are looking for a relaxing city escape, Fleetwood is the perfect choice. Fleetwood consists of 2 separate studios.
With stunning views over the valley and beautiful bush walks through to Te Matuka Bay, you will leave feeling well rested.
Fleetwood is one of those special places where you can kick off your shoes and really switch off. It can be as active, or relaxed as you want it to be.
If cooking is not on the agenda we have some incredible restaurants - Poderi Crisci is in walking distance and you are a 10 minute drive away to Tantalus and 372.
Breakfast supplies are available at $25 per guest - for you to enjoy in your studio (please order prior to your stay).
We have wonderful therapists that can provide in room treatments for our guests. These include a manicure, pedicure and massage. Please let us know if you would like to book.

An amazing shared space has been created, where guests can enjoy a game of petanque, browse the library, and meet other international and local guests, if you are feeling social.
If you are feeling energetic we recommend a short walk up the private track to reach our secret picnic spot - the ideal location for a pre dinner drink and to watch the sunset.Other things to note
Please note the setup of our Property to ensure that Fleetwood is 100% right for you........
* Our 2 studios are located next to each other (there may be other guests sharing the property when you book and stay with us).
* The hosts lives onsite (it is their private residence / property with 2 accommodation studios) - the studios and house all share a driveway. We are very respectful when guests are staying with us - but there are times when we do use the driveway for comings and goings of daily life.
* We are away from the hustle and bustle of the village, we are remote, that is what we love and what makes us special and unique.
