Holiday Properties
Following are the services available:
BOOKING MANAGEMENT - We will list your property on the chosen booking site. We use VRBO and Airbnb . You choose which ones you would like us to use for you.
MEET & GREET- We are available to meet your guests and inform them of house features and local knowledge, as well as how to operate property equipment.
PRE OCCUPANCY & DEPARTURE CLEANING- Upon guests departure or arrival we will be there to clean.
MID-STAY CLEANING- For stays over 10 days we will freshen up the property for them with fresh linen and a basic clean.
WINDOW CLEANING- windows are cleaned as required or by request.
LINEN & CONDIMENTS- We can supply linen and condiments as required.
LUXURY LETTINGS PACKAGES- We can offer tailored packages that can be offered to guests renting your property. This would make the rental increase but with the demand for luxury self catering on the increase, it would make your property really stand out. The package would include such services as a daily service, hamper on arrival, catered dinner party and concierge service.
This service means making a two tiered level marketing proposition.
We can tailor this service to exactly what you want to offer and you could just offer a daily housekeeping service or offer much more! In addition to this we can also supply
GUEST SERVICES- Don't just rent a holiday home to your guests, give them a superb holiday letting experience!
FLEXIBLE HOUSE KEEPING- For that total relaxation whilst on holiday, we can supply our housekeepers to the properties that we look after on a either a daily or regular basis throughout your stay.
Our Housekeepers can also help with some of the other domestic tasks as well.
We do have a minimum criteria for this service and guests pay us these fees direct.

LINEN- We can hire you all the high quality bed linen, towels, bath mats, tea towels and oven cloths that you require and we only charge you for what the guests actually use!
This is the most cost effective way of providing linen and laundry in your property and it saves you the cost of buying 3 sets of everything.
LAUNDRY- If you already have your own linen and towels, we can also provide a launder only service.
In addition to laundering bed linen and towels, we also launder mattress protectors, quilts, table cloths and bed spreads when they need doing

Gardening & Maintenance
As part of our 24/365 holiday home property maintenance service, we provide every service possible for urgent call outs, essential maintenance and legally compliant planned maintenance across Noosa and the Sunshine Coast. We will arrange regular pool cleaning, lawn mowing and weeding, as well as remove those pesky tropical palm fronds that are so common on the Sunshine Coast.
Private Holiday Houses
Cleaning & Maintenance-
Services available:
All private holiday houses can be checked on a weekly or bi weekly basis for security purposes, to collect mail, water plants and gardens, run taps and flush lavatories. Prior to your arrival your property will be pre cleaned to ensure you arrive to a sparkling clean home.
Holiday Concierge-
When you come on holiday or visit your second/holiday home in Noosa, you want to relax, unwind and indulge yourself with the Noosa lifestyle.
